Section 15
Appointment of Governor
(1) The Government of Nepal, the Council of Ministers shall appoint the Governor based on the recommendation of the recommendation committee constituted as per subsection (2). One member from among the governors - Member (c) One person appointed by the Government of Nepal from among eminent persons in the field of economic, monetary, financial and commercial law - Member (3) When the committee formed under sub-section (2) makes a recommendation for the appointment of the governor, the economic, monetary, financial, The list of three persons from among the distinguished persons and deputy governors in the fields of finance, commerce, management and commercial law shall be recommended to the Government of Nepal, the Council of Ministers. (4) The Government of Nepal, the Council of Ministers shall appoint one person from among the names recommended as per sub-section (3) to the post of Governor.
